Universal application
The FL COMSERVER UNI... is designed for universal application.
It provides easy cable replacement by means of switchover to TCP or UDP, as well as the Modbus Gateway function for switching from serial Modbus RTU/ASCII to Modbus TCP.
The PPP protocol is also integrated for a modem connection between two Ethernet networks.
Cost-effective entry
As a cost-effective entry solution, the FL COMSERVER BASIC... provides only the TCP/ UDP protocol.
The 30 percent more cost-effective device is thus the ideal solution for mechanical engineering with the typical tasks such as cable replacement or network integration.
