Operating industrial PCs in a fail-safe manner
Compact and easy to use, the TRIO-UPS/1AC/24DC/5 combines the power supply unit and the electronic switchover unit in one housing. It secures the operation of all connected 24 V loads in the case of both an error-free power supply network and in the event of mains interferences.
The rechargeable battery module supplies an output voltage between 27.9 V DC and 19.2 V DC in buffer mode. The combination with four different rechargeable battery modules enables individual buffer times, e.g. the buffering of 5 A for over two hours.
Thus, TRIO USV offers a function package that has been specially adapted for supplying industrial PCs.
Self-sufficient
In the case of AC network failures, the industrial PC continues to function. Different rechargeable battery modules are used depending on the required buffer time.
Time-saving
With the PC mode, the industrial PC is shut down in a controlled manner after the delay time has elapsed. As soon as the AC supply voltage is available again, the industrial PC starts up again automatically. Until now, an industrial PC had to be manually started after shutting down.
Can be parameterized
Operating parameters such as the switch-off delay at the TRIO UPS can be individually adjusted with the PC via the IFS-USB-PROG-ADAPTER and the free UPS-CONF configuration and management software or the IFS-CONFSTICK.
When ordered ex works, default values are already set for all parameters.
