Panel feed-throughs with QUICKON fast connection technology for AS-Interface flat-ribbon conductors
Now, panel feed-throughs with rear litz or manual solder/slip-on connection are available, based on the well-known and proven AS-Interface flat-ribbon conductor connector with QUICKON fast connection technology.
Normally, panel feed-throughs for AS-Interface flat-ribbon conductors are implemented using cable glands.
The disadvantages are a connection that cannot be disconnected and the complicated laying of the flat-ribbon conductor in the control cabinet, among other things.

In contrast, the panel feed-throughs with QUICKON fast connection technology offer a fast connection technology that can be disconnected, is safe and simple as well as the option of laying litz wires or circular conductors in the control cabinet.
The cable cross-section of 1.5 mm² can thus be maintained. Thanks to the 4-pos. design, up to two flat-ribbon conductors can be inserted with one panel feed-through.
The only preparation of the cable is the easy and fast removal of the outer sheath using the WIREFOX ASI stripping pliers.
If required, the QUICKON connection can be screwed on, detached and reconnected after stripping, up to ten times.
