New generation of AS-Interface gateways for Profibus
With the new AS-Interface Gateways for Profibus DP, AS-Interface networks can be easily integrated in a Profibus system.
The devices have a rugged stainless steel housing with IP20 protection and are intended for use in the control cabinet.
The gateways allow the operation of AS-Interface slaves with expanded addressing and have been specified according to the AS-Interface specification 3.0.
There is therefore downward compatibility with AS-i slaves of older specifications.
Compact housing

The new AS-Interface gateway for Profibus FLX ASI MA PB SF stands out with its compact housing and can save a lot of space when installed in the control cabinet.
Using the "Mode" and "Set" keys, as well as a 7-segment display, the connected AS-Interface slaves can be easily addressed via the AS-Interface gateway FLX ASI MA PB SF.
Extensive functions
The new AS-Interface gateway for Profibus FLX ASI MA 2 PB EF is designed as a double-master for connecting two AS-Interface circuits and has an extended range of functions.Therefore, among other things, you can make Profibus settings for the gateway, as well as AS-Interface circuit configurations, incl. easy addressing of the AS-i slaves.
Furthermore, both AS-i circuits can be thoroughly diagnosed via the gateway.All available functions can be easily and logically operated via the extended display mode, using a multi-line LCD display and the "OK", "Up" and "Down" keys.

AS-Interface gateway for Inline ASI MA IL UNI
In addition to the new AS-Interface gateway for Profibus DP, the proven AS-Interface gateway for Inline ASI MA IL UNI, together with a bus coupler for the Inline system, allows the universal integration of AS-Interface in nearly all established networks.
