ILC 170 ETH 2TX - The new small control system in the 100 performance class
The ILC 170 ETH 2TX is consistent expansion of the 100 performance class with a small control system with two Ethernet ports and a pluggable parameterization memory.
Instead of star-shaped distribution, lines can now be laid from one control system to another so that fewer switches and hubs need to be used in larger systems and machines. This means saving potential in the investment total for the entire system and time saving during network installation.
Programming with PC WORX EXPRESS
It goes without saying that even this small control system of the 100 performance class can be programmed using the free PC WORX EXPRESS development environment. In addition to the known features such as integrated web server, FTP server or connection to OPC-based visualizations, all control systems connected to the SQL database library make it possible to establish a direct connection to an SQL database in the company network in order to manage or record operating data for example.

For the first time, the online change function has been implemented on a control system of the 100 performance class in the ILC 170 ETH 2TX and it facilitates handling during the development and startup process.
