New components for Lon®-based building automation
In industrial and semi-industrial buildings, requirements regarding quality and reliability of building automation under harsh conditions are very high.
The demand for open and interoperable systems has the same priority here as in the field of functional building. Phoenix Contact and its components for Lon®-based building automation accommodate this need - open, cross-system and thereby with a guarantee future!
With the bus controllers from Phoenix Contact, there are now IP20 components of type Inline Modular for building automation in acc. with Lon® standard EN-14908. The ICS bus controllers can be supplemented by Inline automation terminals to make a high-performance, I/O station. You specify the type and number of I/O channels yourself.
The bus controller includes a high-performance 32-bit chip with transceiver for bus communication It not only provides the network interface, but can also process complex applications itself - Distributed intelligence at a high level! The individual terminals can be configured flexibly and individually via software.
