New stripping and crimping machine up to 10 mm²
The new electro-pneumatic CF 1000-10 stripping and crimping machine strips up to 1000 conductors an hour and crimps them with a ferrule, all in a single operation.
This machine is ideally suited to the bulk processing of loose ferrules (4 mm², 6 mm², and 10 mm²) with insulating collars according to DIN 46228-4. The integrated quantity counter enables you to see at a glance how many conductors have been processed.
The size of the cross-section can be changed without having to make complicated adjustments: Simply replace the relevant components with the corresponding ones from the conversion kit. That's it!
The following conversion kits are available:
- 4 mm², stripping length 10 and 12 mm
- 6 mm², stripping length 12 mm
- 10 mm², stripping length 12 mm
