CUTFOX 10 automatic cutting device


The CUTFOX 10 automatic cutting device cuts conductors, lines and similar profiles with a diameter of up to 8mm. The desired length can be specified in a user-friendly way via the display. The front cover only needs to be swung open to introduce the conductor.

The drive and guide rolls are automatically set to the inserted diameter. Additional setting work is not required. A cable roller and turntable as well as corresponding holding arms for the accommodation and spring-mounted unwinding of cable rings and cable coils are available as accessories.

The compact WF 1000 automatic stripping device enables the automatic stripping of conductors with a diameter of up to 6 mm² or multi-strand lines with a diameter of up to 6 mm. During this process, partial stripping of the isolation is also possible, i.e. the stripped piece of plastic isolation remains on the conductor, so that it cannot splice.

Even special insulation, e.g. PTFE or silicone can be stripped using the WF 1000. The clamping force is automatically adapted to the required withdrawal force. Pressure points on sensitive insulation are thus avoided.

A user-friendly display supports the user with self-explanatory setting and application notes. The system is created touch-proof and shuts down automatically with the opening of the device.




CF 500 automatic crimping device


The compact CF 500 automatic crimping device convinces with its high press capacity and the easy replaceability of its dies. The automatic device can be used universally thanks to its large number of dies that are optionally available. The following materials can be processed using the CF 500:
  • Ferrules up to 50 mm²
  • Double ferrules up to 2 x 10 mm²
  • Insulated and non-insulated cable lugs up to 6 mm²
  • Tube lugs up to 10 mm²
  • Slip-on sleeves and flat connectors up to 6 mm²
