Specialist Hotline

Irrespective of where you are, we are available round the clock in case of any problems during operation.

In the case of situations requiring especially quick handling, you can book an exclusive specialist Hotline with a separate telephone number and a personal contact person for yourself. You first have to provide him with the required information. You thus have the right guidance and can go into details without any more explanations and questions.


24 h Hotline


Via the 24 h Hotline that Phoenix Contact provides to you free of cost, you can make use of the "First Aid" if you have any questions regarding the used products and technologies from the AUTOMATIONWORX product range. In the case of an emergency, we can even provide you with replacement parts outside office hours.



Local Service

"On-site servicing" can provide help with system expansions and downtime. We work in conjunction with you to implement your automation solution or localize and immediately remedy the cause of the error.

 


Startup Support


In the vital startup phase for your system, we are right there "on site" to provide support. We assure you that everything in your system will function exactly as you have planned it. You will thus guarantee the customers' trust and minimize the investment risk.

System Check

A system inspection by our service specialists assures maximum availability of your machine or system. Right from an analysis of the plus and minus points of your system with a bus or Ethernet application up to the program code check, we offer an ideal complete package.


Service Contracts

You can have your system regularly inspected by us using our proven diagnostic software. We will identify the weak points in your system before they can lead to any failure or downtime. However, when you sign an inspection contract, you yourself will decide the intervals required by your system depending on its availability.
