Factory Line components from Phoenix Contact allow flexible networking as needed via the Ethernet. Set up your Ethernet network in the topology that corresponds to your machine and system concept, regardless of whether it has a tree, linear or star topology.
Factory Line switches meet the connection requirements in the switching and control cabinets of your water supply system and allow Ethernet connections to PLCs, operating PCs and network-capable field devices. Autocrossing makes the differentiation between 1:1 and crossed Ethernet cables superfluous.

Modular Managed Switch
Our Modular Managed Switch (MMS) provides flexible cable exits: Either downward or to the front, depending on the requirements of your installation and location. Our switches can be expanded seamlessly as industrial switches from 8 ports to 24 ports. Thanks to the modular structure, they adapt themselves ideally to your connection requirement - depending on the port number, connection and transmission medium.

Managed Compact Switch
Our Managed Compact Switches (MCS) make it possible to set up economical managed Ethernet networks in an automation environment. They have autonegotiation and autocrossing functionalities and are very well suited for PROFINET realtime and Ethernet IP applications and support the necessary management functions. Protocols and functionalities are always compatible with the Office standards.

Standard switch
The standard switches allow the network to be adapted flexibly to your conditions. The high port density and low-profile housing make for an economically viable solution that can be used universally in control cabinets, or in distributed, low-profile terminal boxes. With the autonegotiation function, each T(X) port creates a half or a full duplex connection with 10/100 Mbps.
It is no longer necessary to differentiate between the 1:1 or crossover cables due to the autocrossing function. With up to two FO ports, the standard switches offer utmost flexibility and immunity to interference in industrial environments.

Network Management
The Factory Manager is a software tool for the simple and quick configuration, start-up and diagnosis of Ethernet networks and their infrastructure adapted to the needs of the industrial user. In addition to operation, the software allows Ethernet networks to be reliably maintained by Ethernet networks in the control cabinet area.

Accessories
A wide product range comprising connection technology and signal converters provides the ideal supplement to our automation systems and components and makes the whole system unique.
