I/O systems for field installation - IP65/IP67

Rugged devices with a modular or block-oriented design for field installation enable the implementation of a completely distributed installation concept near to the process. This reduces the number of control cabinets required and therefore saves costs.

I/O devices with a modular design - Fieldline Modular

The Fieldline Modular system is a bus open I/O system that supports modular expansion. The use of network-specific bus couplers allows for a network-independent station structure.

Bus couplers for numerous popular fieldbuses and networks are available for the system. The bus coupler opens a high-performance local bus, which can be used to connect up to 16 additional Fieldline Modular local bus devices with M8 or M12 connection method.

Fieldline Stand-Alone is ideally suited to the acquisition of digital inputs and outputs directly in the field in machine and system engineering.

The particularly compact devices are stand-alone bus devices and are available for a large number of popular bus systems.

Whether installed on profiles, level surfaces or under difficult conditions - the Fieldline Stand-Alone concept offers optimum conditions for easy and flexible assembly.

I/O devices for AS-Interface - Fieldline Extension AS-Interface

Fieldline Extension AS-Interface I/O devices are installed directly in the field with IP67 protection.

Digital I/O devices with M8 or M12 I/O connections enable the number of I/O channels to be adapted to the application.

The latest generation of AS-Interface masters, AS-Interface power supply units, and a comprehensive range of installation materials for an AS-Interface network complete this product range.

Rugged Line IP65/IP67 I/O devices can be installed in harsh industrial environments.

Fiber optics (polymer fibers) and twisted pair cables can be combined as transmission media. Adapters are available for changing the medium.

The fiber optic technology and zinc die-cast housing enable installation in environments with high EMI and even in direct proximity to electrode holders and grippers.
