Think and Do 8.0

Think & Do 8.0 is the latest PC-based control product to evolve from the Think & Do family of software products. Think & Do 8.0 is the successor to the former Think & Do Studio product and incorporates the same powerful Studio instruction set that provides such advanced functionality as the integrated SQL command set. Programming the Think & Do 8.0 product is accomplished through a brand new, easy to use, grid-based flow chart editor and an integrated, full-featured HMI package.

Along with powerful drawing and animation tools, the new HMI provides real-time and historical trending and alarming along with ActiveX, MS.Net and VB script support. The HMI runtime environment also provides the ability to establish concurrent web HMI sessions where the HMI screens can be viewed remotely through an ordinary web browser.

The new grid-based flow chart editor makes it easy to create a visually appealing and well organized flow chart. The new flow chart editor also makes it easier to connect flow chart elements with the use of the new 'hotspot' connect feature.

To assist in the migration of flow chart projects created with the Think & Do Studio product, Think & Do 8.0 will install side-by-side on the same PC with Think & Do Studio and will have the ability to import flow charts created in the Studio development environment.
