Managed Compact Switch
The Managed Compact Switch combines high performance with low cost fixed port configurations for distributed Ethernet applications. MCS switches have an embedded Web server, and a full complement of diagnostic LED’s. The MCS provides full industrialization and supports SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) for monitoring and configuration, as well as RSTP (Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol), MRP (Media Redundancy Protocol), and Fast Ring redundancy mechanisms. IGMP Snooping & Query functionality for multicast message filtering, VLAN support, advanced security functions, and Port Mirroring are also included.
