Out with the old, in with the BLUE!Phoenix Contact presents BLUEMARK, a high speed printer using UV technology. |

“UV Technology” has been around for awhile, you see it at the dentist’s office for teeth whitening, it’s used to cure DVDs and CDs and it’s the method of choice for printing onto product containers such as shampoo and beverage bottles. Now, for the first time, the UV technology printing package has been slimmed down to a convenient size. Right from your desktop, you can create permanent, non-fading, non-smearing markers for your terminal blocks, conductors and equipment modules. Instead of a traditional water-based ink, a liquid plastic-based ink is used to create text, symbols, logos and more. Using the specific wave length of UV light, the liquid plastic is “cured” resulting in fast, permanent labels that can withstand the harshest of environments. |
|
The BLUEMARK will use the new CLIP PROJECT advanced planning and marking software for creating plastic terminal block markers as well as a new style of wire and equipment markers. Producing up to 10,000 labels an hour, it is now faster and easier than ever to complete your marking projects. |
